SHIPPING POLICY

Welcome to The Branded Mountain's shipping policy. We are committed to providing efficient shipping methods, secure packaging, and transparent costs to our valued customers. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery process for all orders. We believe in using plain, straightforward language to build trust and make sure that our customers stay loyal!
 
Digital products will be made available to you immediately after payment is received.

 

The Branded Mountain utilizes a print-on-demand service to keep our prices low for our customers. Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to ship.

Shipping upon order placement is always free for our valued customers! However, shipping fees may be assessed in the event of returns, exchanges, or insufficient addresses.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At The Branded Mountain, we want you to shop with confidence. Our return policy is designed to give you peace of mind in case you've changed your mind about a purchase or if you're dissatisfied with a product. We believe that a straightforward refund or exchange policy is crucial to build trust and reassure our customers. Our goal is to provide a hassle-free experience, ensuring that you can buy from us with confidence.

The following Return, Exchange and Refund Policy (“Policy”) are entered into by and between You and The Branded Mountain, LLC (“Company,” “we” or “us”) that governs your purchase of all products with the exception of downloadable digital products.

 
DAMAGED GOODS

Any damaged or defected product claim must be made within 15 calendar days after the delivery date. This allows The Branded Mountain time to contact the print-on-demand service to resolve the issue within their mandated timeframes.

 

LOST PARCELS

For orders lost in transit, claims must be made within 15 calendar days of the estimated delivery date. 

 

INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS

For orders that contain an insufficient or incorrect address that is returned to the fulfillment facility, reshipping fees will apply, if applicable. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Requests for returns and/or exchanges must be made within 15 calendar days of receipt of the product. Returns and/or exchanges will only be honored for incorrect sizing, damaged goods and defected goods. Please contact us at amy@thebrandedmountain.com to request a return providing you name, order number, date of purchase, and reason for the return or exchange. You will be liable for shipping fees, if applicable.

REFUNDS

Requests for refunds must be made within 15 calendar days of receipt of the product or 15 calendar days of the estimated delivery date if the order is not received. Refunds will only be honored in the event that the product is damaged, defective, or not received. 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can not be canceled once sent to the fulfillment facility. Please, reach out to amy@thebrandedmountain.com as soon as possible to assess the possibility for order cancellation. Please provide your name, order number, date of order, and reason for cancellation. In the event the order cannot be canceled, returns, exchanges, and/or refund possibilities will then be assessed.

PURCHASE AND ACCESS

When you purchase any of our Digital Products, you will receive immediate access to the Digital Products at the time your purchase is completed. All purchases of Digital Products are paid in full at the time of purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are not available for Digital Products.

License to Use Digital Products        

All Digital Products, including any content contained within the Digital Products, available for sale on the websites www.thebrandedmountain.com and www.thebrandedmountaindesignstudio.com were developed solely for your personal use and may not be reproduced for publication or for the personal or commercial use of others without permission from The Branded Mountain.

This means that you, as the purchaser, are permitted to use the content you purchased, including using it within your business. However, you may not share this content with any third party. Additionally, you may not reproduce or resell the information to any third parties.
